How does the online booking system work?

After sending your booking inquiry, we aim to reply within 24 hours (usually in the evening, after we’ve come back from surfing).

We will check the availibility and either confirm or make suggestions for alternative arrangements.

Once an agreement has been reached we will ask for a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. You can find out more about our deposit policy in our T&C’s section.

How do I make payment to confirm my booking or pay the rest of my balance?

We ask that the deposit be paid via bank transfer and require proof of transfer as sometimes the bank transfer can take some time. This also allows us to contact our bank with enough information should a problem as rise with the bank transfer.

We ask that the remaining balance be paid by cash on arrival.

In special circumstances we will consider alternative transfers for payment.

As mentioned, Morocco is a Muslim country and many Moroccans still dress traditionally and conservatively. However, in and around Taghazout Bay and its beaches, the dress is more relaxed and normal beach wear is acceptable.

Out of respect for the locals in Tamraght we do recommend to not dress in beach wear when entering shops or cafes, and even a little conservatively when going to Agadir, such as t-shirts and longer shorts or skirts.
